IPA’s Information Advantage Community of Interest (COI) stands to bring together global information practitioners and leaders for creating shared understanding of the US Army’s evolving concept of information advantage through quarterly virtual assemblies. We aim to bridge knowledge gaps between the US joint force, allies & partners, and leaders among industry & academia as well as to provide a forum to develop the practice of information advantage.
