Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, C4ISR, Information Operations, Cyberspace Operations and Information Technology System Research

The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is soliciting white papers and proposals for basic research, applied research, advanced technology development, and advanced component development and prototype. Submissions in response to this announcement shall be for areas relating to the advancement of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities, enabling technologies for Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations, and Information Technology systems. This BAA is for procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions. Topics of interest to the IPA community include Military Deception (MILDEC) tools and capabilities; Command and Control (C2) of Information Operations (IO) and Cyberspace Operations capabilities; development of IO and/or Cyber Warfare countermeasures; and testing and analysis of new IO and/or Cyber Warfare techniques.
