Guest Bio: Carm Cicalese is the President and Founder of CYBER CIC, which provides cyber, information, and cognitive security strategies and courseware. He is also a retired US Army officer who spent 29 years in uniform. His last assignment was as the Army Staff Chief of Cyberspace and Information Operations.
