Bio: Vice Admiral Joseph W. Dyer USN (Ret.) is Chief Strategy Officer for the National Spectrum Consortium. He was a C-Level executive at iRobot Corp for over a decade. Formerly he was the Commander of the Naval Air Systems Command. He received the James H. Doolittle award for outstanding engineering achievement in aerospace. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from North Carolina State University and a master’s in finance from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He is an elected fellow in the Society of Experimental Test Pilots and the National Academy of Public Administration.
