Colleagues and fellow IPA members,

I was recently asked to deliver a keynote presentation at the Cognitive Security Institute Conference in Las Vegas. Board Member Dave Acosta also attended and presented. Attached is a version of my oral prevention. I have imbedded the slides that I used which I hope gives you a better view of the presentation. My focus for this talk was “The Battle for Decision Autonomy”, which I believe is at the center of the Adversary Cognitive Warfare we face and the growing role of Cognitive Security in this complex mission space. My goal was to represent you and IPA in a professional manner and to educate others about the important role IPA plays now and in the future. As always, I welcome your feedback.
